Paul and Katie's Wedding

The morning started out with overcast skies and rain drizzling from time to time, however this did not dampen the spirits of Paul & Katie. The setting for the wedding was “The Waters” along the shore of Lake Winnebago in Oshkosh, WI. They were determined to have their wedding outdoor near Lake Winnebago as planned. Katie’s smile and enthusiasm out shinned the weather, she was absolutely stunning in her wedding gown. Paul as handsome as he was appeared to be just a little nervous seeing his bride for the first time. We love to photograph the bride and groom in the First Glance, this is when they are photographed together before anyone else, by themselves. We love it because we know the bride and groom will enjoy their time alone on their special day. Talk about perfect venues, with the drizzling rain, we were able to photograph everyone under the roof on the second floor outdoor balcony. We knew it was important to both Paul and Katie to photograph as much as we could near the lake, or to have the lake in the background. Mission accomplished! The Waters offered so many great areas to photograph both indoors and out. The beautiful double staircase was a favorite area for capturing Katie and her parents, as well as Paul and his parents. The drizzle subsided just in time to have the ceremony near the lake. After the ceremony the celebration took to the water with a pontoon ride for the wedding party. The celebration continued with dinner and dancing throughout the night. Ryan, Mary & Chelsea wish Paul and Katie love & laughter for many years to come.
